Here is how you make Raspberry and Blackberry Vinaigrette:

Make berry vinegar by adding 1/2 C raspberries and blackberries to 1/2 C balsamic vinegar to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and filter through a metal sieve into a glass bowl and wait until cooled. Add remaining berries, agave nectar, and garlic into a blender with berry vinegar. Process for 2 minutes until blended. Add EVOO wile blender on low speed until smooth.Add salt and pepper to taste.Makes about 1 C.
