3/4 cp warm water

1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbl olive or corn oil
1/4 cp sugar or honey
3/4 cp warm milk

1 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cp parmesan cheese
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 cp whole wheat (or other whole grain) flour
3 1/2 cp white flour


How Do I Make Herb Rolls?

Here is how you make Herb Rolls:

-Dissolve yeast in the warm water. You may add a tsp of sugar to help it rise faster.-Mix next 4 ingredients, add to yeast mixture.-Mix next 5 ingredients plus 2 cups of the white flour to the above. Mix well then add remaining white flour. Knead for 5-10 minutes until it has a smooth consistency, adding flour if necessary.-Place in greased bowl, let rise until double.-Form into small rolls, place in greased muffin tins or bread pans.
