Here is how you make Avocado Cherry Salad:

1- After you pit and half the cherries put them in a bowl and add the balsamic vinegar and set the bowl in the fridge for an hour, the cherries will soak the vinegar!2- Roast the almonds using the olive oil, on a low-med heat put the olive oil in a pan and add the almonds, continue stirring gently until the almonds start turning golden, once you notice the majority of the almonds are golden take them off the heat and put them in a bowl and set them aside, they will continue to roast a little in the bowl because the oil will remain hot for a few more minutes, so by the time your cherries are done soaking the almonds would be nice and cool3- Toss everything together and enjoy!!Serving Size: makes 2 servingsNumber of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user HASSOUNAH.
