Steam fresh trimmed green beans over boiling water until tender crisp about 5-6 minutes or microwave frozen green beans.While steaming green beans, open cans of beans, drain & rinse and transfer to large salad bowl.Rinse steamed green beans immediately under cold water to preserve color, drain & cool.Transfer to large salad bowl.Thin slice red onion into rings and add to beans in large salad bowl.Cut up fresh parsely and mix into bean & onions.In a small bowl or jar, combine all the dressing ingredients - vinegar, oil, & spices.Add dressing to beans & onion mixture. Toss gently.
