Steam until crisp-tender. Combine dressing ingredients in food processor until well mixed. Plunge beans into ice water to stop cooking and drain for 15 minutes. Combine with 1/4 dressing and marinate for 30 minutes or so.To serve salad, combine beans, sliced hearts of palm, olives and red peppers. Add additional dressing as needed , up to 1/4 more. Add feta and stir 1 to 2 times to mix in feta. grind black pepper and serve. Will keep several days in the fridge. Serve at room temperature.
