If using canned black beans, rinse well. Roast corn until golden brown, let cool, and cut kernels from ear. (about 2 ears). Mix roasted corn, black beans, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, avacado, and cilantro in large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
