Here is how you make Beet Salad with Goat Cheese Feta:

Wrap Beets in silver foil and bake for approx 1 hour, or until desired tenderness. While they are cooking, prep your goat cheese, mine comes already crumbled so no prep needed. Dice your Parsley, and measure out the liquids. When the beets are done, cool them down and remove the silver foil. They should peel really easily. Then cut them up into bit size pieces, add all the other ingredients, mix and chill.
