Bake Salmon at 350 for about 15 minutes, pending on how big the fillet is. Or cook until the middle is flaky. When done, break the salmon into small pieces with a fork and put aside. Use only about 1/4 for the salad. I usually put the rest in a container in the fridge for future salads to save in time.Set spinach in a bowl and sprinkle almonds over it.
