Here is how you make Goat Cheese Salad:

Makes 4 servingsPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and set aside.Put Olive oil in bowl, in a separate bowl put bread crumbs. (I just make sure there is enough in each bowl to coat the goat cheese)* recipe amounts are for nutritional guide.Cut 4 1 ounce slices of goat cheese from the log.* hint the colder the cheese the easier to slice.Coat the Goat cheese "wheel" first in olive oil and second in bread crumbs and place on a foil lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.Bake at 400 degrees for about 6 minutes until the cheese gets warm and starts to expand.Toss Salad mix, grapes, walnuts and black pepper together and place in individual salad bowls. Top with Salad dressing.
