Here is how you make Cool Summer Salad:

In a large mixing bowl, combine, yogurt, garlic, salt and spices. To this add, one peeled and shredded cucumber, one diced cucumber, finely chopped cilantro and tomatoes. Allow to sit in fridge for a couple of hours before serving. Makes six 1/2 cup servings maybe more depending on size of cucumbers.
