Cut 1 onion in thick slices & then in quarters. Slice (thick) 1 cucumber & then cut into quarters. Cut 2 ROMA tomatoes in half, then in halves (again), then cut into sections. Toss all vegetables together, add 2 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Dressing, and 2 Tbsp. Oil & Vinegar Dressing, close container & shake until mixture looks to be evenly coated.
