2 pcs turkey bacon, chopped
2 oz smoked turkey, chopped
1 oz blue cheese crumbles

Here is how you make Dinner Chef's Salad:

Place mixed greens on a dinner plate. Place a small pot of water and an egg in a pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the egg from the pot with a slotted spoon and place into a bowl of ice water. This will insure easy peeling. While egg is boiling, chop your veggies and pop turkey bacon into a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side. When each ingredient is cooked and chopped, place each in its own section, going from the center of the plate to the rim. This should create the effect of colorful wedges of ingredients like a pie chart on your plate.
