Hard boil the four eggs, peel and cool. Seperate yolks from whites. Mash 1 egg yolk, (feed the rest to your dog or your neighbors dog). Chop egg whites. Whip cottage cheese with mixer, add egg whites, mustard, mayo and chives. Add salt & pepper to taste and enjoy.If you want to cut the calories more, use a low fat or fat free version of mayo.
