Here is how you make Barley Feta Salad:

Cook barley in water according to package directions. Cut grape tomatoes in half. Slice green onions into small pieces. Crumble feta cheese. Chop olives. When barley is cooked, allow to cool to room temperature and add to above ingredients. Mix together with lemon juice and Italian dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
