Here is how you make My Fruit and Green Salad:

To start if you make this you might want to add more greens I ended up with a lot of fruit left in the bowl in the end. Of course I only used 1/2 of a serving size on all the greens and the carrots. Mix all the veggies and fruits in a bowl then top with almonds. Then mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a separate container. Then pour of salad and enjoy! It is so light and fresh tasting had it as a late dinner after a late evening workout. Did not feel bogged down from it.
