Ken's Steak House, Fat Free Raspberry Pecan Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 1.5 serving(PER SALAD SERVING) OPTIONAL
MAY ALSO USE ANY TYPE OF DRIED FRUITS - APRICOTS ARE ALSO GREAT!

RINSE AND DRY LETTUCE- Chop up to desired size shredsadd dried fruits (may need to be cut into smaller bits) add almonds (pecans can also be used- depends on your taste buds!add any other veggies you like such as carrots (shredded) (i use a potatoe peeler and make thin strips!) toss wellTop with Feta cheese or blue cheese - again to suit your tastesTop with dressing- whichever to suit taste - your going to want to use a fruity kinda dressing such as a strawberry vinagrette or raspberryServing Size:?One serving is one regular cereal bowl - makes up to 20 servings
