Add salt and pepper and mix well. Allow to sit 5 minutes while preparing tomatoes, olives and cheese (this will draw some of the water out of the cucumbers). Add olives and olive oil and mix again. Add feta cheese cubes and tomatoes and toss lightly. Can be served immediately or refrigerate for an hour and allow flavors to blend.
