1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp ground oregano
2 cloves of garlic minced
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Whisk all together and set aside

Salad:
2 cups fresh hearts of romaine torn in small pieces
6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/4 cup red onion sliced
1 or 2 vine sweet peppers sliced in slivers
1/4 cup cucumber thinly sliced
6 - 10 kalamari olives
1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
3 - 4 pepperochini peppers
4 - 5 anchovie filets

Mix all ingredients of salad except feta, olives and pepperochinis and toss with dressing, then add feta olives and pepperochinis
