Here is how you make Grilled Salad:

Break lettuce head in half. Seperate leaves and cut off end. Slice tomato in half and remove seeds with your finger. Drizzle the lettuce and tomato with Olive Oil and season with Salt and Pepper.Place lettuce and tomato (flesh side down) on the grill. Cook about 3-5 minutes - flip and cook an additional 3 minutes. Watch the lettuce closely you don't want it to burn, but a little char at the ends makes it really good.Remove from grill and chop lettuce and tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
