Here is how you make Mary's Grilled Salad:

Wash and slice Romaine length wise and dry as much as possible. Heat grill to low/medium heat. Drizzle olive oil into both halves of romaine, let sit 2-3 minutes then place face down onto grill. Cook 2-3 minutes then turn over and allow to cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
