4 cups greens (I used Sweet Butter lettuce)
4 slices of fresh
1 cup of croutons
Lawry's Hawaiian Marinade

Dressing:
2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar (or Balsamic)
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil (drizzle into the other ingredients while whisking)

Here is how you make Hawaiian Salad:

Cut chicken so that you have 4 thin servings. Toss with 1/2 of the Hawaiian marinade. Place on George Foreman grill and cook until done. Remove chicken and place the pineapple slices on the grill and drizzle with remaining marinade. Assemble the salad (skipping the croutons if you like.
