Just something I whipped up with what I could find in the fridge :-) Nets about 11.5 g. carbs with almost 6 g fiber!I actually used the canned whole black olives they're about small/medium size and chopped them up. I used 8 wedges of Roma tomato which should be about equivalent to 4 x 1/4 wedges of a medium tomato.
