8 oz. Cool Whip Lite

20 oz Frozen strawberries


How Do I Make Pretzel Jello Salad?

Here is how you make Pretzel Jello Salad:

Crush pretzels (I used a food processor). Mix with sugar and melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 5 minutes in 400 degree oven. Let cool.Mix cream cheese, splenda together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip Lite. Spread over pretzel mixture. Refrigerate while working on jello mixture.Mix jello with 2 cups of boiling water. I sliced the frozen strawberries to make smaller pieces, then add to jello. It will start to thicken right away. Carefully poor over cream cheese.
