juice 1/2 lemon
1/2 t salt
1 avocado, ripe, peeled and pitted
1 T olive oil
1/8 t cayenne pepper
2 T chopped garlic
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1-2 C chopped tomatoes
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 chopped cucumber

Wash and dry kale leaves. Remove thick veins and stems. Roll leaves up and chop fine. Place chopped kale in a mixing bowl with lemon and salt. Mix with hands. Add avocado, oil and spices and mix with hands again. Mix in remaining ingredients. Let is sit a bit for flavors to meld.
