12 sprout Brussels sprouts, fresh
1 cup finely grated Pecorino Romano (by DNLCAST)
1/3 cup whole Almonds coarsely chopped
2 tbsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1 tbsp finely minced Shallots
1 small clove Garlic

Here is how you make Kale Sprout Salad:

Dressing: Mix together the lemon juice, shallots and garlic. Whisk in 3 tbsp Olive Oil and let sit while prepping the rest of the salad.Shred brussels sprouts in food processor. Mix with kale in a large bowl. Add cheese and toss well. Add remaining tbsp of Olive Oil to small frying pan. Add chopped almonds and stir over medium high heat until lightly browned. Remove to paper towel and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.Toss the sad with the dressing and garnish with the slated almonds.
