Here is how you make Lemon Pepper Tilapia Salad:

Put your tilapia in a skillet and fill with water, almost covering the fish. Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning on the fish until its completely covered in the seasoning. Sprinkle a little more into the water surrounding the fish. Turn the stove on high and let the fish cook. While the tilapia is cooking, fill a bowl with 3 cups of salad. Then, break the cheese into pieces & drop them all over your salad.When the water is almost all gone (you might be tempted to add more in the skillet, but don't), turn the skillet off. Wait 2 minutes and then break the fish into pieces over your salad. The extra seasoning you put on your fish will flavor your salad making it unnecessary to use salad dressing.
