2 Tbsp.French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard
2 Tbsp. Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish
6 Tbsp. Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value
1/8 tsp. Pepper, red or cayenne
5-6 slices Sweet Red Peppers (canned, drained & cut), or try Pimentos)
1 medium red tomato, diced & seeded
1.5 cup Celery, raw, finely chopped
1 Onion, sweet, raw medium, finely chopped
1 tsp iodized salt (to taste)
1/8 tsp ground pepper (optional)
3,-4 green onions, raw, chopped for garnish

Here is how you make Midori's Deviled Macaroni Salad:

Hardboil eggs (10 minutes covered), peel, cut into quarters or very big pieces and set aside to cool. Cook whole wheat macaroni according to package directions and drain. I don't rinse the macaroni but I did toss with a light sprinkle if olive oil. Set aside to cool. I use a 1-1/2 pint size bowl to mix my salad dressing with a spoon or whisk. Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, sweet pickle relish, plain Greek yogurt, cayenne pepper, canned sweet red peppers, salt and pepper. In large salad bowl mix chopped celery, chopped sweet onion, chopped & seeded tomato. Stir in dressing. Add macaroni. Stir until flavors blended. Gently fold in eggs to maintain shadow.
