1 Small Onion - diced
1 15 oz can refried beens - Fat Free
1 16 oz bottle light Thousand Island Dressing
1 16 oz container of light Sour Cream
1 15 oz can petite diced-tomatoes
1 head Iceburg Lettuce
10 ozs. Baked/Low Fat Tortilla Chips (14 chips per serving)

Here is how you make Tangy Mexican Salad:

Brown Ground Beef and 1 small Onion. Add the can of refried beans, stirring frequently to warm it. In a saucepan, add the browned ground beef and onions, and refried bean mixture. Then add a bottle of light Thousand Island dressing, the diced tomatoes, and the container of sour cream. Heat on medium-low until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Pour above heated mixture into a large bowl, add shredded iceburg lettuce. (You may also add olives if you like but will add more calories, etc.) Serve with tortilla chips.
