This is a twist on your basic salad. Like I mention in tips, this is just one version. Start with a good mix of greens, choose a dressing you like, and start throwing in veggies, different cheeses, and whatever else you can think of!

Here is how you make Jack's Salad (Version 1):

Cook chicken in canola oil, check to make sure the inside is no longer pink. Set aside to cool, then chop into bite sized pieces. Mince garlic, chop onion and tomato, and place in a small bowl. Mix together with a the dressing to let the veggies marinate for approximately 15 minutes. Throw veggies in with greens in a large bowl, along with the parmesean and toss.
