One Green Pepper sliced thin
Radish sliced thin
Carrot sliced thin

Wash all veggies and drain. I hand tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Cut rst of veggies into bite size stipes or process through salad shooter. mix well. I put leftovers in plastic bag and eat on this salad for days.
