What Are The Ingredients For Cold Noodle salad Recipe?

The ingredients for Cold Noodle salad are:

Fusilli noodles ( 1 cup) - You can use any kind of noodles but these are my fav. I plan on changing to whole wheat later so it will be less in calories.

Mayo (1.5tbsp) - You can use regular or light. I just have regular on hand now but will be switching to light to again make it less in calories.

Carrots (1/2 cup)- You can buy the already chopped up carrots or chop them to how you like them

Sunflower seeds unsalted- I just toss in a hand full or so. You could add other nuts if you don't like sunflower seeds.

Kirkland cooked chucked chicken breast meat (1/4 cup)- I get this from Costco. Again you could add what ever meat you like best.

Here is how you make Cold Noodle salad:

Cook the noodles, drain and let cold water run on it. Drain again then put them in a bowl. Add your mayo, carrots, meat, and sunflower seeds. Mix around and enjoy!Sometimes I add dried cranberries to this as well. It's really what ever you like to eat to put in it.
