1 Tbl salt

? lb bay scallops
2 links Aidells Artichoke and Garlic sausage-grilled and sliced
2-4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast-grilled and cut into 1? chucks
1 cup frozen peas
1 can hearts of palm-rinsed and slice in ? the sliced
? yellow bell pepper-sliced in ? and sliced into thin strips
? red onion-sliced into thin strips
3-green onion-sliced thin
1 cup good cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2 cloves garlic-crushed in garlic press
? cup white balsamic vinegar
? cup red wine vinegar
? cup fresh lemon juice
1 ? cups olive oil
2 Tbl Dijon mustard
1 lemon sliced
1 Tbl dill weed-optional


How Do I Make California Paella Pasta Salad?

Here is how you make California Paella Pasta Salad:

Fill large pot with water and add salt. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Cook according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, fill another large pot with water and squeeze juice from ? lemon. Sliced squeezed lemon and toss into water. Add shrimp and scallops. Bring water to boil and cook until shrimp is pink. This doesn?t take long and don?t over cook. Shrimp will get tough. Drain shrimp and scallops. Peel and deveine shrimp. Grill Artichoke and Garlic sausage and chicken breasts. Sausage is already cooked so sausage just needs to be grilled until it has good grill marks. Slice sausage into slices and cut chicken breasts into chunks. Prepare all vegetables. Drain pasta when cooked and rinse with cold water. Place all prepared ingredients in a large bowl. To prepare dressing, combine garlic, vinegars, olive oil and Dijon and whisk until well blended.
