3 oz feta, crumbled or cubed small

zest and juice of one lemon
2 Tbsp balsamic or honey wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
handful of fresh basil (chop) or 1 Tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
