1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Cardini's Southwest Cesar Dressing
1 tbsp southwest seasoning, finely ground

Here is how you make Karen's Southwest Pasta Salad:

Cook penne according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop all of the veggies. Drain Pasta and rinse. Add in dressing, enough to coat pasta (I guessed at 1/4 cup). Add in the veggies and cheese, mix well to coat. Sprinkle seasoning over pasta and mix thoroughly.
