Thaw shrimp. Cook pasta according to package directions and set in cold water to cool down quickly. Remove tails from shrimp. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, add salt & pepper to taste and let it sit in the refrigerator to blend the flavors for a couple of hours. Great summertime dinner!
