Sorry about the weird measurements! I made too much sauce for my recipe and had to adjust the measurements to fit what actually goes onto the pasta.1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well and let cool in the fridge.2. Combine vegenaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and oregano in a bowl and mix well.3. When the pasta is nice and cool, add the artichoke hearts and tomatoes, then mix with the sauce.4. Stick in all in the fridge for a little bit longer so it gets nice and cold again. And Voila!
