Boil whole wheat pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Mix the chopped onion. diced celery, tuna, and coarsely chopped olives with the pasta. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and light mnayonnaise. Add the white balsamic vinegar and blend. Mix yogurt mixture into the pasta.
