Here is how you make Pineapple Mango Avocado Salad:

Dice the pineapple, mango and red onion.Drain and rinse the black bean, really well leave no juice on them. Thaw the corn using hot water.In a big bowl mix the Pineapple, Mango, red onion, black beans and corn together, don't over mix.In a small bowl combine lime juice, chipotle in adobo and cilantro. Whisk until mixed.Dice the avocados and gently fold them into the big bowl.Pour lime juice mixture over the top. Let cool in refridgerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. You may want to put a little cayenne pepper and extra lime juice on top right before serving.Makes 12- 1/2 Cup Servings
