Here is how you make Anita's Easy Potato Salad:

Boil cubed potatos until tender. Drain. Allow to thoroughly cool. Chop 2 of the boiled eggs.Combine mayonaise, sugar, celery, vinegar, mustard & the 2 boiled eggs in a bowl. Mix well. Pour over cooled potatoes and mix well.
