Chop these ingredients:
1/2 cup each of red onion, fresh radishes,& broccoli slaw
chop in 1/4 inch slices 5 medium sized stalks of celery without strings.
Dice up a red bell pepper, reserving several rings for garnish.
Put into bottom of large bowl.

In separate bowl mix the dressing:
1/2 cup real sour cream & 4 oz (1/2 cup) greek yogurt
Add fresh tarragon leaves to this, along with 2 Tbs Tones Rosemary Garlic seasoning, 2 cloves garlic diced small, 3 Tbs of olive oil, and 1 Tbs red wine vinegar. Mix well and let seasonings blend.

Take potatoes and cut up into bite size pieces. Leave skins on for extra fiber and nutrients. Break up the bacon into small pieces. Toss the vegetable mix into the potatoes along with the bacon. Chop the eggs, not too small. Reserve one for the garnish. Do a quick toss of the whole. Pour half of the dressing over the top and toss. Pour the other half on the salad and toss again. If the mix seems dry, add equal amounts of oil and vinegar.

Garnish with remaining bell pepper rings and egg cut in horizontal slices. Some people will need to add salt, but those who are eating a salt restricted diet already will find this pleasantly seasoned.
