Boil potatoes until just tender(about 20-25 mins), Boil eggs for abt 25 ins. Drain both. Peel eggs,chop& set aside. Mix 1/2 old bay with potatoes and add celery,onions ,relish,salt,pepper. Addsugar&vinegar. Add mayo. Add chopped eggs & mustard. Mix in rest of old bay seasoning.
