Boil potatoes on high to medium for about 20 to 23 minutes...add just a little salt to keep from boiling over. When tender, stick fork in thickest one if they break apart easily that's it. Drain water off in collander. Put potatoes in large glass bowl, set in cool area to cool off. Then mash them up with hand masher. Don't use mixer as it will overwork the potatoes. Eggs: boil in water just covering them, use a lot of salt as this will make them easier to peel. Boil 20 minutes. Cool and peel. Chop finely or rusticly, your choice. Chop pickles small, but not finely. Chop both green and red onion. Mixx all ingredients together before adding mayo and mustard. Gently fold in each couple of tbsp of mayo and mustard till all is in or it is to your liking!
