Pre-cook quinoa as directed to make one cup. Use only water to cook it with.Chop Kale, mushrooms, asparagus and squash into bite sized pieces. Finely chop onion, garlic, jalapeno and ginger. Use fresh basil and cilantro, if available, whole leaves are fine or chop if desired.Chop already cooked (boiled is best) chicken breast into bite sized pieces.Combine all ingredients into a large, tall sided pan (or Wok).
