2 medium red, ripe, firm tomatoes
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
2Tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 crushed garlic clove
a squirt of lime juice
14 sprays of Hellman's Balsamic Breeze salad spritzer

Chop all veggies but avocado & add to a bowl. Toss together. Chop avocado. Put in a cup/bowl & squirt with lime juice to coat lightly. Add to salad bowl. Add rice. Toss gently. Spray salad spritzer 7 times. Toss. Spray another 7 times. Toss. Set in fridge to let flavours meld.
