Here is how you make Sumi Salad:

heat a sauce pan over low heat. add rice wine, splenda, and salt. dissolve splenda & salt then remove from heat to cool. chop green onions. set aside in a gallon plastic bag. in same saucepan used for dressing, spray canola oil and toast almonds & sesame seeds to your liking. add to plastic bag. Add ramen to plastic bag and crumble.take the dressing you set aside and add oil & pepper. take shredded cabbage and add to bag. Add dressing to bag, and mix up. Serve immediately.
