2 tbsp Hellman's light mayonaise
salt & pepper to taste ( I don't use any)

Boil three cups of water in a saucepanAdd macaroni and stir occasionallyCook 5 minutes for very firm, 6 minutes for firm or 8 minutes for softer macaroniMeantime, chop up tomato, celery stalks and onion and put in medium or large mixing bowl.Open tin of salmon and drainMeasure out 100 grams and add to vegetables Drain macaroni and run under cold water to cool faster.Add macaroni to bowl. Mix wellAdd 2 tbsp of Hellman's Light Mayonnaise and mix in well.Add salt and pepper to taste. I have not added the sodium content for salt as I don't use it.
