Here is how you make Sausage, Kale and Potatoe Salad:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake bacon on a broiler pan until crisp. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Head olive oil in skillet. Saute onion in large skillet, add torn and washed kale and cook until wilted down. Add broth and vinegar. Drain potatoes. Add Kale and onions to the potatoes. Cut smoked sausage into half moons and saute until brown. Add to potatoes.
