1 cup fresh mint leave
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil

In medium bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper flakes.
