1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion, finely minced

8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce, less if
are making an appetizer

Here is how you make Shrimp Remoulade Salad:

Mix mayonnaise in bowl till smooth and add chili sauce, mustard, horseradish, relish, worcestershire sauce and onion. Mix together and in add shrimp. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.Place lettuce in bowl or on plate and spoon shrimp and sauce over it. Serves 4 for a meal or 6-8 for an appetizer. For a party, instead of using shredded lettuce, use lettuce leaves on bottom of platter and or shallow bowl and spoon shrimp on top. Serve with toothpicks.
