Mix all ingredients for dressing in a pot on stove and cook over med heat until sugar is disolved. remove from heat and let cool.Toast sesame seeds and almonds in oven 350 degrees for 5 min or so.Chop up green onions and toss with slaw and toss in sesame seeds and almonds. Shake dressing if possible before serving. I don't pour all the dressing on the salad unless I know it will all get eaten right then.
